"The hotel is at a fantastic location and we really enjoyed our oceanview room with the extra large balcony. All the hotel staff were especially friendly and helpful. The bed was altogether comfortable, but while the pillows and linens were soft, the mattress was showing signs of age with some stiff springs and stains around the sides. There were other signs of wear-and-tear, like oxidized rings on the bathroom floor around where the metal trash can had been moved, the room door feeling a little...
