"Booked an ocean view room, ended up with a lagoon view/parking lot and a building view. Was told by staff ocean view rooms we get partial ocean view to stand on the balcony and stick your head out and look to the left you will see the ocean. if we want ocean view we would have to book an ocean front room. Rooms were dirty, bed sheets had stains on it there was hair all over the bathroom floor."

"1. Room we stayed in was small, with very little room for storage. 2. I was unable to play the 9 hole golf course that is promoted as a feature. I'm nearly 80 years old and unable to walk a golf course. Since it's a "walk only" course, I couldn't play. 3. General parking is a long walk away from the hotel and in a dirt lot. Walking it was horrible, with uneven holes and filled with water when small rains happen. Outside my room, I saw a paved parking lot at is apparently used only for valet...
