"This is our favorite place to stay in Waikiki. We come to surf and it's always been easy to store our surfboards, but this visit, the surfboard racks were gone. They had moved the surfboard storage to a room, so the bell desk people had to open it for us when we left, and open it again when we returned with our boards.
