"Hotel had plenty of parking, a restaurant, gym with pool and sauna and a Starbucks. It’s located in a really nice new area of Swansea. Room was nice big, the bed was comfortable, How there was a few stains on the carpet. Gym is ok, however changing rooms need to be cleaned more and sauna and steam room have a really strong unpleasant smell. "

"The pictures online are nothing like the hotel when you get there the hotel needs a makeover. It says that it has two restaurants but in fact, the breakfast is only open till 10:30 in the morning and the brasserie was only open 2 times and I stayed a full week. It atates that it has a gym which it does not and hasn’t been working for years. The rooms are very dingy stuff caked and stuck on the walls. "Lovely location with beautiful views and a short drive to wonderful beaches. Food in the bar and restaurant was very underwhelming - basic bar/pub food on a par with a chain pub. Very clean thoughout, cosy bar and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. Staff - almost all lovely and helpful although some of the younger waiting staff in the restaurant were pretty miserable and going through the motions at best. Overall a lovely place to stay and the beautiful Gower."
