"Very clean and pretty hotel. Staff were very helpful. Only downside was that i paid extra for a room with city view but was placed on the 3rd floor with a close and bad view of the neighbouring building. When i complained to reception they moved me 3 floors up which still had an obstructed view of the same building so made no difference. The hotel has 16 floors so didnt understand why they didnt move me higher. Didnt want to move again after long flight so just accepted it."

"Really liked the condition of the hotel, been open a few years and all was looking good, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a family do with several rooms, a nice selection of restaurants within a 3-15 min walk from hotel. Pool really nice size and not too busy."

"水圧は弱めでした。部屋は清潔。部屋の備え付けの水は瓶で外に持ってはいけない。"

"Excellent services! Staff all work very hard to please you. The doorman also drives the hotel shuttle tuk tuk to MRT (underground train) for us, he is super helpful! And I love this service! The lady cleaner will clean your room nicely everyday! The receptionist man works 10 jobs at once and he didn’t miss a thing! The hotel is okay, good for a few days. I like the area, near central park silom The people in Thailand are the best! That keeps me coming back !"

"One of the best hotel in bangkok."

"Good location just off main road. Tuk tuk runs every 10 min otherwise it’s only a 5 min walk to Main Street. Conveniently close to sky train."

"Amazing amazing place!"

"Clean and tidy, very close to everything"

"I enjoyed my stay. Will visit again."

"There was an unpleasant odor emitted by the air conditioner, we preferred to be warmer and have fresh air to having the a/c on."

"Bangkokの滞在中にストレスなく過ごせるのは、こちらなホテル利用が大きいです"
