"Der Check In verlief einwandfrei, die Abholung vom Flughafen musste kurzfristig geändert werden wegen Flugverspätung was aber sehr gut klappte. Die Auswahl am Frühstück ist enorm und sehr lecker. Das Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Das Hoteliegt in Laufnähe von der Altstadt was wirklich praktisch ist. Für Roof Top Bar hat eine tolle Aussicht. Insgesamt eine tolle Empfehlung. Ich werde wiederkommen."

"和風の大浴場があるなど、日本の上級ビジネスホテルと遜色のない快適な滞在ができるホテルでした。 ハノイの旧市街からは遠いので、観光にはやや不便かもしれません。 なお、ホテルのプール横にある竹のオブジェみたいな建物は、いまベトナムで一番著名な建築家の設計でした(その建築家の名前を書くと個人情報と判別されて投稿できないようなので書きません)。ホテルのスタッフのかたに確認したら「聞いたことない」と言っていて、認識されてないようでした。せっかくの名建築ですので、ぜひホテルのPRポイントにされるとよいと思います。"

"By far, the BEST breakfast in any hotel I've been in Vietnam. The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. Leo, at the travel desk in the hotel, went above and beyond to help us book shorts trips around the countryside. They couldn't do enough for us. The hotel itself was a little dated but clean, neat, and convenient to everything in the Old Quarter. We loved it so much we stayed there 3 times! "
