"チェックインは日本語が話せるスタッフが対応してくれて有難かったです。滞在中はタオル交換、ベッドメーキング、アメニティ補充などもあり気持ちよく過ごせました。 床頭ライトのスイッチが壊れてましたが、ルームライトのスイッチと連携してるので問題はなかったです。 大通りのそばのホテルなので、車の騒音は深夜帯もそれなりに聞こえます。 他のツーリストの方の口コミにもありましたが、最寄り駅出口(1番)は階段となります。エスカレーターのある出口は(2番)滞在中は工事中でした。"

"Great staff and stay. I did a business trip for 14 days. There is some construction outside the hotel currently. So be aware that it is loud outside. I honestly think they should include breakfast for guests staying above 10 days. It was a little expensive compared to the other hotels in the area for breakfast. Also, the apple pay not working for the breakfast buffet was very irritating. One day it would work, the next day it would not work. "

"I was impressed with the helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff, most especially with Mr. Harry Hong and Boyeon Choi. Mr. Hong and Ms. Choi provided me with helpful answers to my questions and gave me information about the local area. In summary I'm pleased with my stay at Hotel Cappuccino, and I'm planning to stay there again when I return to South Korea."

"綺麗だしバスタブあっていい！ただ、シャワーカーテンがあればもっといい。 シャワー浴びる時には水が外に出てタオル一枚無駄になる、、、 あとトイレの水圧が弱いので水を流す時こまめにながしてティッシュは少しずつ流さないとつまる… それ以外は立地も清潔さも親切さも日本語も通じるし、電源も多いしUSB2個も付いててとにかく最高でした！また次回の渡韓の時利用したいです！"
