"Delivery fee for food was ridiculous just to ride an elevator to my room. Bar staff was great. Front desk staff was understanding and amazing! As always rooms were clean , hotel smelled great. Cliental has changed , not for the good. Better room service food options would be appreciated and no service fee. We tip well. That should be enough . "

"The resort was really nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying on the resort and we really enjoyed it. The only thing that really bothered me is our newbies in the bottom were really loud and didn’t care to be quiet. After a long day at Busch gardens we just wanted to sleep but got woken up multiple times my the noise. "

"We had a great sunset view from our quiet, comfortable room--with great coffee and tea service, mini fridge, nice shower. Easy walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella waiting...even at 7am! Good restaurants close by and Spa across the street. Great karma, decor, and staff! We will be back. "
