"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

"It was well maintained, clean and right on the beach. Communication from the rental company was good. Check in and check out were very easy. The location was quiet and off the main drag. Close to many restaurants and other activities. "

"This does not have a direct view of the beach like I thought it did; however, the property is well kept, the pool is beautiful and the beach access is stunning. We were not disappointed in the least bit with the property. My only complaint it that you have to supply your own dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. We only planned on being there 5 nights and it's difficult to not over buy that stuff. We left a ton of stuff there that could be used for the next renter but they clean it all out....

"The condo itself and the location was beautiful! The beach is gorgeous. But not enough restaurants and bars near by. Destin is cold! Next time we have to go farther south because we went for time out from cold michigan winter/spring and Destin is best in summer. Otherwise, we would have re- booked for next year, and for a longer time. "
