"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

"This does not have a direct view of the beach like I thought it did; however, the property is well kept, the pool is beautiful and the beach access is stunning. We were not disappointed in the least bit with the property. My only complaint it that you have to supply your own dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. We only planned on being there 5 nights and it's difficult to not over buy that stuff. We left a ton of stuff there that could be used for the next renter but they clean it all out....

"Finding a home that accommodates 4 families and meets the needs of both night owls and early birds is such a blessing. We had a few questions that were immediately answered, space and even extra space for 17 people, a very well stocked kitchen for our baker/cook, and enough balcony/porch space and bathrooms to keep us all separate when we wanted it. The beach is perfectly private and just a step off the porch. We had a blast here!"
