"Location! Location! Location! The hotel is right at the center of Sintra historical center. It's extremely convenient for you to visit all attractions in Sintra. About 7-15 minutes easy walking (always flat road) you can reach Quinta da Regaleira castle and the train station (remember to turn right - (flat bus road) when you face the city hall, don't go down street. We made a mistake and had to climb up to the hill top later. It made us so tired 😩 )."

"Spectacular ocean views from the balcony. The indoor pool has multiple jets, including some on the floor. The breakfast buffet is nice especially since the chef is visible. On the rooftop, a restaurant provides a gorgeous sunset and the pool can be seen from the road. Stunning!"

"Staff was not helpful with a few inconveniences. AC did not work, room was extremely uncomfortable. Elevators were terrible. Bed wasn’t great. Ordered a room with breakfast through Expedia, upon check in we were told that breakfast wasn’t included, then told us to call Expedia. No… you call Expedia and sort it. We paid over $200 for the room, where’s the service??? I would not recommend staying here."
