"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. "The check in is only between 5-8:30pm. I arrived at 9pm and luckily I called beforehand and the reception lady waited for me. The staff is very friendly. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is big and can allow 3 groups cook at the same time. The surrounding is serene. The river in the front provides natural white noise day and night, good for sleeping. "

"My family & I stayed in one of the private chalets at Atlantic Bays Holiday Park near Padstow for 7 nights and had an amazing time! There was some initial confusion caused by Hotels.com, but Simon from Holidays Cornwall (who look after the Chalet we stayed in) was super helpful throughout our stay. The Chalet was lovely & clean, it had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds, sofa and chairs were all comfortable. We had a tv in the living room and one of the bedrooms....
