Condition of the room, property and plumbing s are very satisfactory. Onsite eateries are of high quality and many eating options are within short walking distances. I will positively consider my next stay at this property in future."

"This is the 2nd time I've stayed at CitizenM DC Noma due to its location that is near Congress/Union Station, and because it's a nice hotel. I've traveled solo both times I've stayed here and the size of the rooms are fitting for one person due to how compact they are but big enough to have a comfortable stay and with the amenities it has.The area around the hotel is safe and not far from restaurants and shopping."

The high tech features were hard to get used to( window coverings, tv, lights all operated by an iPad. This hotel seemed to lack the personal touch. A bit too self serve."

"I’ve stayed at the Line multiple times and it’s been my go to choice for stays in DC but this latest stay was the worst. I was called on the day I was to check in that my reservation for May that I made in January had been cancelled. When I asked why, they said because the hotel was overbooked and my card declined the hotel charge. Why would a hotel be charging random cards without authorization or notification not even an hour after check in? I had to work with Expedia to get this rectified but...
