"The most beautiful and relaxing resort in San Pedro! The grounds are gorgeous, rooms clean and comfy, staff is very nice, helpful, fun, and accommodating. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport by golfcart. We enjoyed the pool, rented our own golf cart for the week, ate at Pineapples several times - all were amazing! Although we got a golf cart to explore all of Ambergris Caye, we could have walked most places from Ramon's fantastic location. The wind pattern had caused a ton...

"Check in was a little weird because I booked through Expedia and it’s almost as if the hotel had an option to honor the price I reserved the room for. It was a $200 dollar difference but the booking price was honored. The room was clean all except the fridge that had mold in it. We called to have it replaced and received an immediate response. They weren’t able to remove it but it was cleaned thoroughly. The restaurant was nice and room service was great. Food and drinks were good."
