I appreciated the concern and kindness shown by Mike at the front desk when I let him know we were going to be checking out of our room early (nothing serious happened, just an unfortunate cutting short of our trip due to bad planning). "This was a delightful stay!! Central to everything. They have a unique vibe, Restoration Hardware would be inspired in the main areas and private courtyard. Very clean & fresh smelling all the time. The room was tight and some wallpapers pealing. Bathroom and shower were spacious. No cold fridge or AC which seems common in Belguim. The evening staff was exceptional every time we spoke with her. She also let us put our food in their fridge and she had very helpful advice. Would stay here again...
