"Receptionists were very helpful - nothing was a problem. Our room was very clean, comfortable bed, ample storage & nice bathroom. Breakfast at attached restaurant was good. Location at edge of old town was great for taxi drop off & return. Overall a great experience, value for money. The old town is full of restaurants & bars but very tired. Done the day trip to Draculas castle, Peles castle & Brasov. Also visited Palace of the Parliament both trips were excellent!"

"The room was ok the beds were ok and comfortable. The beds were made but the sheet did not get changed after the first night. The bathroom towels were small they could have provided at least a bath sheet size as an option. No access to kettle or even hot drinks by the hotel. This was very difficult for me as I am used to having hot drinks and it was very cold outside. The shower panels were missing from the shower cubicle. "We had booked superior room for our stay, we arrived around 6pm, the room was clean & tidy however there was an overwhelming stench of sewage in the room & the room was boiling hot, we tried to use the air conditioning but that appeared to be broke & the mini bar/fridge inside the wardrobe was warm, as were the drinks, this was also not working. "Amazing hotel with a modern refurbished look. Our room was a standard double but still very spacious with all the amenities you need. Great staff who were all friendly. Lovely continental breakfast with a few hot food elements. The Skybar/restaurant was brilliant too. One thing to note is that a map will tell you you’re only 7 miles away from the city center, but in busy traffic it did take 50+ minutes."
