She catered to all our needs and provided us with a delicious breakfast. Our room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Walk up to the beach. *the staff on the phone should learn to say Ideal Beach Resort, when you talk to them, don't be confused when the girls says Idol Beach Resort. Sheets had a ton of hair in them. My husband looked it over and we felt the beds were recently made, not slept in, just bad laundry service. Maybe change the dryer filter every load. "

"Our stay at Jess and Ryan’s place was wonderful. They gave very detailed descriptions on where to park, the condo was clean, and it had everything we needed and more. They were so gracious to refund us our pet fee after we ended up having to put our dog down before our trip to Bear Lake. Once we checked in, we found a couple of small odd things on the property but Ryan was so responsive. This rental’s location to the pool cannot be beat.
