"I like the checkin process easy and the front desk staff were very nice. Room was spacious and has good amenities. The only downside was the bathroom and the slowness in shower. Property, location and ambience around property was so pretty."

"Well, when I first got there the room the give me was not ready. when in walk into the room it was not clean. But we I when back downstair. The guy back the desk gives me another room, and he even walk me back up to the room to make sure the room was ready. "

"Overall we enjoyed the stay. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The king size bed and pillows were great However I am taking 1 star from my review because the extra sofa bed wasn’t what we expected during booking. Don’t expect a bed prepared for your arrival for example in our case kids that were included in booking. You will get a folded mattress, some bedding and a very thin blanket and 1 extra pillow folded in the closet. Also breakfast staff should make sure there are always plates etc...

Staff were polite and helpful, but also fixated with getting me to scan a QR code and leave a 5-star review specifically mentioning their name, so I do wonder about the work culture of this place..."

"Good hotel we went when metallica was playing and waited a bit but its understandable they were sold out and were checking in guest . But hotel was good yes you have to pay to valet your car but theres no parking around there but better there than parking somewhere outside and having them brake in your vehicle just saying .
