"Great area and great hotel"

"The hotel staff was very friendly and informative."

"Staff were welcoming and helpful. Kitchenette was brilliant but would be better if it had a Hob to use too. Room was clean and just what we needed. Breakfast had a good range of food and drinks and suited us well. Fitness suite and laundry area were great; we used them both. Hotel is located in a safe area and walking to the Navy Pier and other sites was easy. Check times were flexible, we arrived early and were accommodated without question. "The food offering for Gold Card members was pretty bad. There is no restaurant on site and the only option is a Chinese restaurant which does not have a buffet option. Even the most basic offering is a la carte and invariably ends up being considerably more than the Gold Card allowances. Very disappointing that there is no buffet option for a light breakfast. As a seasoned Hilton user, this was the first time I have come across this situation. "
