"Absolutely great hotel! Great location, plenty of restaurants etc right outside and just close enough to the craziness of the ‘heart’ of Shinjuku/Godzilla head (8 min walk). We used other close by metro stations when possible to avoid the main one with its 200 exits! My partner had ordered a Japanese item whilst he was stateside and had issues with the delivery to the hotel, the staff bent over backwards to track his package online and he was able to travel into central Tokyo and pick it up in...

"Great location to the subway lines and a Lawsons and Family Mart. A clean room with no to fluffy pillows and not to hard either and great staff to help out with any questions I had. The bathroom didn’t have a fan though so it did get a little warm in the bathroom but other than that, this place was a fantastic place to stay for a first time in Tokyo."

"The good features are excellent staff and near public transportation. But, the bad is no A/C control in room, a confusing check in procedure (why is something so simple made difficult!) and a poor restuarant."

"Our room was cleaned daily. Did not have much contact with staff apart from when we first checked in. Breakfast is not provided, but you can have breakfast at local restaurant. Laundry room was fine. We found the small double quite claustrophobic and too small."

"Die Haltestelle asakusa ist direkt vor der Tür, jedoch ist der Aufzug 10min entfernt. Der Tokio Tower ist mit der Bahn circa 5min entfernt. Der sumida River ist vor der Tür und der Meiji Shrine 15min. Die Gegend ist ruhiger da um 17h die buden am shrine schließen und einige Geschäfte um 18h."

"Great location, right next to a 7/11 and ichiran! Our room was upgraded so it was on the larger side. Breakfast was great but very busy and I wish I had know we could customize our egg orders - no one let me know. Ubers don’t stop in front of the hotel so just an fyi. Great stay and would come again!"

"Property was in a great location near the tip of the Ginza shopping district. Amenities such as luggage shipping, washer/dryer, and hygiene products were available. Room was spacious. My only complaint would be the extraordinarily slow elevators."
