"The home was very clean and well maintained. We had an excellnt stay and enjoyed the pool / hottub area daily. There is a spacious patio with plenty of seating for larger groups. The use of the garage was a nice bonus to help keep our vehicle cool. The neighborhood is quiet and there is minimal traffic on the channel. The only reccomedation is to ask for the pool heat to run longer each day, the mornings can be chilly. We would definetly stay here again while visiting Florida."

"Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. "Host went above and beyond working with last minute changes to my booking due to son being hospitalized. The outside of the building doesn't compare to how nice the remodel is on the inside. The place was nice and clean. It had some extras to go shark tooth hunting and sit on the beach. Even tho I ended up leaving in a rush and left the kitchen a bit messy. They were still extremely nice and professional about things. I honestly can't recommend it enough. "
