"This was our first time staying at a Courtyard by Marriott. I selected excellent because our stay was much more than good. We chose to book a suit, so we could have a couch to sit on. The bed, bathroom and vanity, closet, refrigerator area was nicely set up. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch in the morning, between outings and in the evening before bed. Our only complaint is there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning. We were told Starbucks wouldn’t let the motel offer it once it was part...

"Didn’t use the pool at all. It appeared to be clean area. I really enjoyed staying at Sea Rose Suites for few nights. The room was on second floor with balcony, more of an apartment than a typical one room with bathroom. The staff was nice and very courteous throughout my stay. The parking was at rear, spacious and secured. I will go back there again at any minute!"

"Nice room and great staff at the front desk . We stayed in the main inn and not the newer rooms since we were there for one night at the end of the summer season. Looks like it would be a fun place to stay in the summer. Close to town. Somewhat limited breakfast menu that was unfortunately only available on the second floor, so there are a lot of stairs to climb outdoors. So if you are handicapped in anyway and have difficulty on stairs, you might have a problem."

"The location is centrally located, it’s between Wells beach and Wells harbor. There are excellent restaurants nearby that offer great seafood dishes, as well as international options. I95 is easily accessible, Portland is an easy drive, as well as Cape Elizabeth."
