"The elevator service was out of order and i had to walk up and down to my room that was on the 4th floor. To be fair the hotel called me a day before and told me that i was scheduled to be on the 4th floor and the service was out and would that be okay and i replied it was okay, but it was still a pain."

"The Brandon Inn was a quaint and quiet property. The room was a good combination of old and modern. The lobby area was reminiscent of an old hotel. The staff was great. But they need to alert people to the fact that all rooms are on upper floors and that the elevator needs to be operated by a staff person who is not always available before booking the room."
