"We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room is small, but the hotel has its perks - nice pool, free WiFi, and included breakfast. They provided towels for pool and beaches. However, there were some issues. The sink was draining very slowly and had some cracks. I reported it to the staff on first day of arrival, and they said someone would come to fix it, but unfortunately, no one showed up. Also, note that parking fees are automatically charged at $10 per day, so be sure to let the staff...

"Everything was absolutely amazing. The only complaint I had was that the front desk isn't 24hrs and after 9pm you can't call down you have to walk to speak with someone which was a small inconvenience with all the other perks and comforts. Will definitely book again. "

"I love the continental breakfast and the cheese and wine happy hour. It makes paying $40 a night for a resort fee less painful. I also liked that they did not charge an incidental fee assuming you’re gonna trash the hotel room. In fact, most hotels I stayed at while in Key West. Don’t collect both. The silver palms and does stay away from there. They don’t even disclose it on Expedia and you have to dig for it through 6 to 8 clicks to see it. This resort has bicycles you can rent. Beautiful...
