"Great staff especially the lady in reception who did our check in (unfortunately I don't remember her name) she was really helpful warm and always smiling, we were group of four and we all live in London, we visited this city for a night only and our stay were great. All the staff were really helpful and happy, Room was great very clean, breakfast was really nice."

"It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. Fortunately, they have a good staff willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but again the people working there made...

"Great hotel and staff and owner/daily Leader is so sweet , like the rest of the staff. We had great room with bedroom in the back, that was good, as we stayed in the weekend and the street dokw infront was one Big festive, great but also very noicy. But we loved the staff and the hotel. The top restaurant is great, owerlookikg the river. Great food and drinks. Love from Sebastian "
