"This place is like a jungle in the court yard area. With lots of iguanas in the trees. It was fun watching them move around in the trees. The staff was great but there were a few times our room service we requested was not done at all. But the staff quickly made it right. You are right on Duval St. so some noise but nothing we couldn’t handle. Breakfast every morning was a nice option to have right on the property and it was included in the stay. "Location is excellent. Very close to Duval st and easy to walk to most locations in the historic district. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hotel is typical old Key West style but very comfortable with good AC and spacious rooms. You can hang out by the pool after strolling around the streets and have a drink at the hotel bar. We got a two bedroom unit which was great for a family of four. "

"We loved our time at this property. It’s beautiful with lush gardens and common areas, and the location is perfect. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to Duval Street, and it’s quiet and secluded. We used the pool every day of our stay. Definitely check out the bakery they give you coupons for. It’s great! We will definitely try to return here on future trips to Key West. "
