We knew based on previous reviews that this resort can be filled up with kids during tournaments, however we would always choose to go back here as the resort and staff make it all worthwhile. "Okay just sleep"

"There was food in the room by the bed that was not cleaned up when we got there. The remote was broken on the TV. The air conditioner was broken and after. It was fixed still didn’t seem like it worked. The TV at times didn’t work. There was no ice in the ice maker on our floor which they said would be fixed and it wasn’t. Also $20 a day to park seems a little steep to me when you’re already paying over $300 a night for a room."

"We stayed here in three rooms for the night and overall the rooms and the location were very nice, especially for the price. Unfortunately, when we went to check in about 5:00 p.m. they were just facing a lot of challenges. One of our rooms we showed up to hadn't been cleaned at all, one room was perfect and the final room we couldn't get into key wasn't programmed right or something. We decided to go to dinner and come back and hoped everything was fixed except one of the rooms we went back to...
