"This property is breathtakingly beautiful. The rooms were cute and comfortable, bathrooms could use an update though. But we really loved having a view right out our front door of the coast."

"The boat ride was a great added bonus! The food in the restaurant was great! Breakfast had lots of yummy options. Dinner was the flavorful stuffed haddock we’ve ever enjoyed…and we eat out a lot! The room was comfortable with scenic views and quiet! The office staff was welcoming and accommodating."

"The inn keepers were very very nice and accommodating. Nice old historic bed and breakfast right in downtown Boothbay. Everything about this stay was excellent. "

"We did have an issue with the bed as my wife had a hard time getting into it each evening. We did notify the Topside Inn about this issue in their own review site. Everything else was excellent!"

"We loved this place. Beautiful new rooms with full fridge/freezer and k-cup coffee machine. Porch all around the building was so nice to have to breakfast and take-out dinner. The breakfast at this b&b were fantastic. You have a choice of three things the night before and they deliver to your room in the morning. We ate on the porch overlooking the harbor. 2 minute walk to town and shops and restaurants. No car needed once you’re there. Loved it. mark who took care of us was fantastic!"

"Located far down the peninsula from Rockland at Spruce Head, Craignair Inn boasts panoramic views and oceanfront dining. Our room, one of 16, was on the third floor and nicely remodeled. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep; but assistance with our luggage was offered. The inn also contains the Causeway restaurant serving casually elegant dinners. Our meals were memorable. We would definitely come back on future trips."
