"Nice place to stay, unpretentious. What you see is what you get. A lil aircon problem when we were there but we are supplemented with another room for free with better airconditioning and a free motor for a day! I am impressed with their staff and their willingness to make it up for any inconvenience. Accomodating and responsive. "This accommodation was away from the chaos of General Luna. But not too far away if you wanted to venture in for food and drinks. For clarity, property has a gated private entrance and there is a front desk to check in, but the ad doesn't say so. Our room was spacious, clean and very cool as it had ac and a roof fan. There is also a private pool. During the evening the walk ways to the villas are well lit with a security guard on site. "

The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort.
