"The staff were very friendly and even helped to set me up with a Marriott account so I could use the WiFi without issues. The hours for the attached Starbucks were very convenient as well as the tunnel to the convention center. It became invaluable as the weather was rainy/stormy during my stay."

"I booked one night. Decided I LOVED the property, gym, pool, so much that I wanted to stay for a 2nd night. Serena, the front desk girl, was absolutely the most wonderful pleasant person I have ever dealt with. She moved rooms and bookings around so that I could stay in the same room without having to move, helped with expedia for the 2nd night, and was continually pleasant and friendly. Her manager should DEFINITELY give her a RAISE!!! She is the hotels BEST ambassador! Thank you Serena!"
