The A/C in my room worked well and was very quiet! Spacious and clean with a lot of eclectic antiques throughout the hotel. Bartender at Cocktail lounge makes some great drinks and is also SUPER NICE. "Whether you call it the Hyatt Place or Hyatt House, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It definitely helped that they upgraded me from a standard king room to a suite due to room availability. I only stayed one night and was not able to take advantage of the full kitchen other than the nearly full sized refrigerator. I also didn't get a chance to check out the exercise room, the pool or the bar on the 9th floor, but the bar in the lobby was nice and the food good. The included breakfast bar...
