Doing some renovations while I was there and appeared they were always cleaning keeping things nice. Very accommodating- would totally stay here again"

Coffee in coffee shop served cold The crew and the receptionist was great Location is great a lot of restaurant around the hotel to choose from. In general bugs are Sirius issue that need to be taken care off."

"Pool was not opened as advertised and was closed with a cover. We booked here because it had a swimming pool and our 4 kids were extremely disappointed. The place needed a deep scrubbing. Orange and green puffy mold was growing in our room in the ceiling and the whole room smelled like gym socks. Our sheets and bedding felt wet the room was so humid even with AC continually running. Kids socks were dirty from the carpet. The bathroom has 1 dim bulb in the shower area and you can hardly see."

"We were in Room 324 at the Holiday Inn Express in Memphis, Tennessee. There was no internet access during our 2 day stay. Simply not acceptable and feel it's basically false advertising. The breakfast was not up to par with the rest of my stays at Holiday Inn Express or IHG properties. Pancakes were doughy and basically uncooked. There was a parked car outside my room window and it was full of trash. It remained in the parking lot throughout our stay and remained there when we left. The outside...
