"I know it says laundry facilities but they mean laundry services and yes there’s a big difference. Good news the location is great and there’s two Autoservicio laundromats nearby. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was perfect. Restaurant on the corner, Loredo, was delicious. Two nearby stores are super convenient and near two metro stops and several monuments. Elevators take forever but are a luxury to have. I would recommend a stay here for sure"

"La ubicación es espectacular, no me gustó el desayuno, es en otro lugar . Es aceptable el hotel."

"Great nights sleep, wonderful breakfast. Close to the airport."

"Clean room. Air conditioner could not be controlled, staff very helpful and nice"

"Muy céntrico"

"Clean room and friendly staff. Pleasant stay with great restaurant."

"The room was tidy, the hotel was well-maintained, and the staff were helpful. I particularly liked the 7€ buffet breakfast. This hotel was good for an extended stay because there was a Dia supermarket across the road and two self-service laundromats within walking distance. The hotel was also a short walk to Valdeacederas metro station, so it was easy to get to Gran Via and Sol on metro line 1."

"El hotel es comodo,"

"The room was nice, decent beds and very well located. Be aware, there is no elevator. It was also very quiet. I would stay there again."
