"The room was very nice and large. The beds were comfortable and they had a streaming ready tv. The hotel is very close to the shopping mall which includes a Tesco. Finding parking was a little difficult. We found the exit, but there was not a sign stating such and only said entry by intercom only. We did get the correct directions from the front desk who were very helpful. "

"Wonderful boutique hotel with lots of character. Check-in was easy and staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The street noise (we were on 2nd floor) was very very loud at all times of the night - impossible to sleep through, so we had to close our windows, which made the room really stuffy and warm and our sleep was difficult. (It was not hot outside, only about 13-14C overnight) It would be nice if the hotel would provide in-room fans to help with air flow? Overall...

"The property is in a very nice location south of the city and there is several bus stops with in a 5-10 minute walk from the property. The rooms are ok, not bad but not really the cleanest. There is no staff on property except to clean up after checkout. The check in process is very easy without having staff on the property."

"Nice place Small clean room which was totally adequate. Great breakfast worth the extra money. I put my breakfast order in and sat a long time as they somehow forgot about me. They were apologetic and nice about it and it really wasn't a big deal..."

"The room we had was very big and spacious, if a bit dated. The bathroom was clean. Shower wasnt great, very hard to control the temperature. The lift is tiny and only used it the once as it was a bit scary how small it was. Check in was really quick and smooth. You could hear the nightclubs on site but were notified about it on booking so it was our choice to still stay here, it did wake me up a couple of times but it wasnt terrible and it was only for one night. "
