"Staff were so welcoming! My room allocation was quickly sorted. Breakfast was great! Staff couldn't have done more and I really enjoyed it. I didn't use the bar, but it seemed busy. The bed's mattress was very firm. All linen was beautifully crisp and clean. Fluffy, quality white towels. Shower was easy to use and lovely and hot with no problems.
