"The downtown location was ideal, with walkable access to restaurants and stores. The retention of the historic character of the building was lovely and the room was clean and well-appointed. However, because of the location along the main drag, parking can be a hassle and traffic noise, especially on a Saturday night, was annoyingly loud. The rest of my stay was very enjoyable."

"Pool is small. The area has some sketchy people around it once you pass the railroad tracks (which you have to pass to get in and out to the main road.) One of the outlets was coming out of the wall and there was still hair in the shower."

There were a slew of small issues that added up to an unpleasant stay both inside the room and the common areas, including a loud malfunctioning air conditioner, frustrating motion sensor light switches that kept shutting off and noisy equipment in the hallways. I wish I'd gone with either of the 2 similarly priced hotels on the same street."
