"Hotel was great. The elevator broke and I was stuck on it for 10-15 minutes. Staff didn’t seem to care. A simple apology would’ve been nice."

"This is a fairly new, smallish hotel. The room and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff, if I remember correctly, cleaned the room every other day, which was fine for us.
