"The service is excellent! We checked in late and they are so accommodating. We left our luggages for hrs after we checked out so we can go to Shibuya. The hotel is literally next to train station just Exit in A3 at Kuramae station. 7/11 and another stores are close by. So convenient for us esp to our children.
