"Horrible experience. Comunication is lackluster. Never got instructions for auto check in. They just forgot about us. Had to make a claim trough Expedia to get some help. Almost got relocated after hours of waiting for any instructions how to auto check in. Finally thanks to expedia service trying to get in touch with the property we got in after 4 hours waiting. Do not recommend! You are advised."

"The hostel is well connected for public transport - 5-15 mobs depending on which one you need. It's clean and the staff are very nice. One thing to hear in mind is that the doors are very heavy, so they slam shut alot, so definitely bring ear plugs! This was enough for me as I slept well. The only thing I didn't like is that some if my fellow travellers found it amusing to bang on the door to the room I was staying on one night and try to kick down the door of my neighbour's room on another...

"Het hotel in het centrum van Helsinki, loopafstand naar alle bezienswaardigheden, winkels, musea, openbaar vervoer, centraal station, naast hotel Torni. Waarschijnlijk recentelijk gerenoveerd, alles in de kamer was nieuw, zelfs waterkoker was er. Theezakjes en oploskoffie gratis bij de receptie te krijgen. Geen ontbijtservice, wel kortingsbon bij meerdere cafes te krijgen. Vriendelijke personeel. Geluiddichte kamer, geen verkeerslawaai te horen."
