"The smoke alarm was malfunctioning in our room and woke us up numerous times. We were on a 33 hr road trip and we're trying to get 6 hrs of sleep, we got absolutely none. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it. Staff admitted it was supposed to have been fixed that day but repair person didn't show. Why would you put guests into that room then?"

"Where to start.. I've always looked at Montana as a beautiful state, it is beautiful but the RED LION and surroundings is a BUST. Drive 10min more for a healthy, clean, and safe stay. Fair warning ⚠️ now. DO NOT Book at the Red lion. Beds are broken, our heads were 1ft below our feet no joke. No AC. I mean I could could go on but won't bore you with it. Just drive 10 more min and be happy."

"We spent 4 nights here. The rooms were ok but a little noisy at times. What we really didn’t like was the lack of hot water. I was able to get it hot enough in the shower to take a shower, but the water in the sink was usually luke warm. We liked the pancakes in the breakfast room but the eggs were always cold. My friend and I like hot chocolate and we brought our own but the hot water was always lukewarm unless you also microwaved it. My biggest concern was trying to get staff when you...
