"The walls are unfortunately reasonably thin so it’s possible to hear stuff going on in the hallway or the room next door. However the outside walls are pretty well soundproofed so very little noise from busy streets below. Pretty standard backpackers atmosphere with people awake at all hours but, the people living there currently seemed lovely. Would stay there again."

"This location was adequate. It was nice to have a place near the airport that our family of six could stay in a single suite. Getting to the lodge when our flight finally disembarked around 1 AM was a bit of an ordeal--we were thankful for a kind airport employee who pointed us in the right direction. "I liked the property it wasn't too bad. However all the windows in the room were jammed I couldn't get them opened. The couple that were opened when we arrived we couldn't get closed. No one came to clean the room so we had no towels and no toilet paper. But overall I was still positive about the stay and it was cheap. 😊"

"あの歌で有名なYMCAに一度泊まってみたくて、NZ入国後の最初の3日間、2人部屋の個室に宿泊しました。 部屋の70%ほどを大きなベッド（おそらくキングサイズ？）が占めているコンパクトな造りで、クローゼットが2つと小さめの冷蔵庫が1台あります。 個人的に嬉しかったのは、作業用のデスクが1台あったことです（ここは重要ポイント！）。Wi-Fi環境も良好で、作業が捗りました。 共用部で言えば、シャワールームとトイレが別々になっているのも良かったです。 共用キッチンはかなり狭めですが、調理器具や食器、カトラリーは一通り揃っているます。 狭い分、他のゲストと自然に挨拶や会話が生まれるので、ホステルらしい交流を楽しみたい人にはむしろ良い環境かもしれません。 24時間オープンのレセプションと冷水器があるのがこの宿の一番よいポイントです。私は良く鍵を部屋に置いたまま外にでてしまうので… 中心地からは少し歩くため、人によっては疲れるかもしれないですね。"

"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...
