"I usually stay at this hotel during my business trips because of its convenient location and the reasonable room space. However, this time the experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning.
The service was below expectations, especially for a hotel that I frequently choose for my stays. The supervisor, Mr. Ebrahim, was unfortunately rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse instead of resolving concerns professionally.

"This is where hospitality comes to die. I mean wow, it is beyond horrible. I booked this because I had a layover in Bahrain and wanted to get a few hours of sleep, I was of course not expecting much since I didnt pay much but wow was it terrible. Disgusting towels and bed spreads and pillows, everything was falling apart in this hotel. It was truly the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The only positive is that its attached to Mansa lounge which had good shisha. The receptionist charged me...

"When i arrived at the hotel, they said that the reservation was canceled. Then to give me the room, they charged me for more money. Being tired and exhausted, I had no choice but to pay or sleep on the street.
I was supposed to pay 19 Bahrain Dinar, but they charged me 21 instead. The receipt is attached here...
What room was filthy and smelled terrible!
Toilet had no seat cover...
