"Overall it’s a nice place. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Excellent location for hanging out downtown. My only critique is the beds were uncomfortable. I was told some rooms had upgraded beds but ours was hard, definitely a cheap mattress. I’d stay again"

"This hotel stay was just a stopping point between New Orleans and Destin. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did request a balcony room but had some difficulty managing the stairs. The restaurant with the hotel served great Italian food and the breakfast was your standard hotel fare (waffles, eggs, biscuits, cereal)."

"There are cockroaches in the room! The bed sheets are stained, the bathroom has hot water but no cold water! The sanitary environment is particularly poor, and there are spider webs. There are many more that I don't want to talk about"
