"I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). "

"The room was clean; the bed was comfortable; breakfast was hot (though the toaster took too long to toast my bagel); it was quiet; the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful."

"We had an issue with guests across the hall (child crying for over an hour- not their fault, it happens) so asked if we could switch rooms and the staff did so with zero problems. Appreciatedthe sugar free syrup for the waffles at breakfast. Room was clean. Overall a good stay."

"Room was clean my complaint is the bathroom… toilet paper was very low upon arrival so by morning we were out. The towels were very small only had 1 per person. I believe the towels we had were the same ones that are used for swimming pool. Room wasn’t refreshed with clean towels, coffee, or empty the garbage. I think hotel was under staffed for the amount of guests and supplies need to be ordered to accommodate for basic needs. I also heard many guests complain about blankets or lack of they...
