"Nearly everything at this hotel is great, but sadly, the rooms by the stairs are loud with people stomping up or down the stairs at night. Plus the in/out door is next to the stairs so that’s a bit noisy too. "

I signed up for the "pay at the property option" but they charged my card on file 48nhrs before my check in. When I called they said it was their new policy. Again, false advertising. The gentleman on the ohone and at check in was very kind and welcoming. The person at check out was disengaged and barely said 1...
