"The hotel room is gigantic and has many industrial finishes (the entire hotel is built in an old Duluth warehouse, right in the heart of the waterfront plaza full of eating, breweries and night life! Hotel parking lot was full of cars that did not have parking permits, probably going to get towed however we had to wait around to get a spot. Receptionist was super friendly and pleasant. Lots of patrons were staying because of weekend weddings, so mixed clientele of families and couples."

"The only thing I didn't like was Expedia booking. They charged me two nights when I only am staying one night. I changed my date and they haven't removed the 2nd charge. Does Expedia act like the airlines now? I changed my date thru Expedia. Maybe I should've cancelled and started over and I wouldn't have two nights charged."

"This is like going to your grandma’s house. The woman working the front desk asked everyone how they slept. She “saved”certain breakfast items for some of the travelers. She was seriously the cutest lady. I don’t know who she is, but seriously hang on to her! "

"Both front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. However, the interior was dingy, the exterior was a total dump, and they seemed to be hosting a Harley convention. Around 15 bikers congregated outside the office entrance and partied late into the night. I was woken numerous times from bikers revving up their engines. I was disappointed and would not return. "
