"Stayed here prior to a visit to Cleveland Clinic to which it is conveniently located. Safe location despite some other reviews to the contrary. Very friendly staff! Room was spacious and met our needs for an overnight stay. Free water and popcorn at check-in is a nice touch. Free breakfast was outstanding! Will return to Tru the next time we visit Cleveland."

"Hotel was dated a bit with pool located off lobby which caused some humidity. Room was larger than expected with great TV. Bathroom was clean but had broken shower curtain rod. Fridge leaked and was slippery. Breakfast buffet was poor. "
