"When I first arrived I was slightly concerned because the hotel was out of down town Mumbai and didn’t look that welcoming. However the rooms were clean and comfortable. What impressed me was the service I was given. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If in Mumbai again I would certainly chose to stay there. "

"WORST EXPERIENCE FROM HUNDREDS OF TRIPS NEVER STAY HERE Booked room, arrived 00.20 after long flight... say they have no record of booking (checked name, booking ID etc) Thensay no room available / full. Cant biok new room online as past midnight... walking around Mumbai for 1.5 hours trying to find a hotel with room available Tried to get refund, hotels.com, says 'not the hotel policy' Such a mess. Dont stay here. "

"I was in India on a business trip in many small towns, and as a last step before catching the flight - I used this hotel. Very clean, very efficient, and friendly staff. Compared to all hotels I had (even from better chains like Meridien in surat) - this was simply the best even though it was rated two stars. "

"They are con artist and dishonest people. Booked via orbitz and paid. When went to the hotel in Mumbai, they said that they were 100% occupied and turned me down. They told me to contact with orbitz to get the refund. When I contacted orbitz, they said that the hotel management said that the room was given. I guess I am thd liar here. Simply stay away from such evil entities and so from orbitz. I sm gonna file a complaint with the US DA office."

"My father had a wonderful stay at this place. This Hotel conveniently located right next to a bus terminal and close to Bandra railway station as well. They provide filtered drinking water which is really good. You can carry your own bottle and fill it multiple times a day.
