La seule chose un peu compliquée a été l’échange concernant le paiement des frais de nettoyage, mais sinon tout était excellent."

"This room is a scam ran by thieves. We booked to stay only to get a message on the day of travel telling us that the room was unavailable and we couldn't stay there. This meant we had to fine alternative accommodation whilst travelling. As the room wasn't available through no fault of our own we thought we would get a refund but these guys refused to pay and held on to our money. Even after many emails and phone calla with hotels.com they kept ignoring us or refusing to pay. They are not decent...
