Inside it's an ordinary hotel, except the staff are super friendly and personable, it was very clean and moderately comfortable, and the king sized bed was great (some space age foam that feels hard at first but then envelopes you in a cloud of ease). And then there's the outside. The beach is roomy, the furniture is in good shape, there's a small pier to the lake, and they even have two...
