"立地条件はとても良いけれど とにかく清潔感が無くほこりだらけ 部屋に行くまでどこも触れない
二ツ星ホテルなのにホテルには誰もいない。すべて電話でコンタクトを取らないといけない。電話が通じないとうまく中に入れない。今までいろいろホテルに行ったけれどこれで行動ひどいホテルは無いから皆さん注意してください。部屋のテレビもつかない。シャワーの水はすごく流れるの時間がかかるので、外に水浸しになりそうになる。床もほこりだらけ安かろう悪かろうの典型でした。"

"Staff was great. We had to be moved since we originally did not get the room we reserved. The room was tiny. You could just walk around the beds. The shower was tiny, barely able to turn around. The website said it it had an elevator, it did not. Renovation was underway way that left an adhesive smell in the air. Location near the rail terminal was convenient with great restaurants and shopping near by."

"We checked in and checked for bedbugs. Didn't see any at the time. Went out for supper and the people in the room next door came out showing us bedbugs that they found in their room. We weren't able to get in contact with the owners. After seeing this, we left and booked another hotel room for a lot more, at 11:00 pm, and took us 40 minutes to walk. I don't recommend this to anyone."

"I (solo female in my 60’s) stayed in single room for 2 nights at Hotel Caprera and was happy with it. 10 min walk from train station. Easy walk to tourist destinations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room quiet and comfortable, had nice chair and small desk. Hotel and neighborhood very safe. In room safe not large enough for laptop. I would definitely stay here again."
