"Room is very small"

"Plan on paying extra when you arrive for local taxes property charge. It will make you pay when you check in. I think it was 800 ISK a night. Everything was way nicer than expected. "There is no reception and no visible staff on-site, but the room was clean and spacious, and had adjustable heating. The hot water has a sulfur-ish smell, but you get that with glacial water. The two different shower cubicles I used had the same tap setup (one for flow, another for temperature) but one cubicle had the water on a timer but nowhere to hang the showerhead, so you'd have to hold it all the time. The kitchen has 3 microwaves, 1 kettle, a hotplate and assorted pots/pans, enough...
