"Nick from the front desk was super nice & happy to take care of our needs during our stay. Our Ac wasn’t working properly and the hotel was super booked because there was a aau basketball tournament going on in the area( that’s what we were there for as well) so I know swapping our room wasn’t possible. However within 5 min he had people up there in our room swapping out the entire unit. Once they finished we had zero issues. His response time was impeccable. "

"The place was nice and very quiet being in private area. The room is spacious and amenities are good. My only complain is that after going around Maine all day long, we came back in the afternoon and our room was still not cleaned , trash is still in our room. When we asked housekeeping to change our trash, she did and change our towels but she claimed to her supervisor that she cleaned our room. Otherwise everything was good. I recommend this place to stay "
